We currently use Astonish Oven Cleaning Paste while we look for an equally effective eco alternative.
We provide our own Henry Hoover which is fitted with a washable reusable bag.
We provide a spray mop which is fitted with a washable reusable floor cloth.
We wash our rags, cloths and sponges using eco friendly laundry liquid.
We purchase eco, recycled and biodegradable products for your holiday cottage such as bin bags, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry sheets, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.
WILL I GET THE SAME HOUSEKEEPER EVERY TIME?
Our team is small and every member is familiar with all our services to make sure we are versatile and flexible.
However, we do try and assign a regular housekeeper to domestic services for consistency, with an alternative housekeeper only being assigned when your regular housekeeper is unavailable.
CAN I CHOOSE MY PRODUCTS?
Our kit list is provided. If you do not like any of the items we use we are happy for you to provide an alternative.
We do encourage our clients to avoid using abrasive and toxic products such as bleach; however we are happy to use your preferred products.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE A KEY TO MY PROPERTY?
We request for both holiday and domestic properties where owners are absent during the service, that a key safe is used to access your property.
We will keep a record of the key safe code and this will only be shared with our team. The key safe code will not be shared publicly or be made easily available.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
For domestic services your booking is scheduled a month in advance. If you have a regular service this will automatically generate a rolling appointment according to your chosen frequency. We request all changes be sent to us in writing via WhatsApp or email.
DO I PAY IN CASH?
No money for services provided by Proper-Ty Services is to be handled by our housekeepers.
For domestic services you will be invoiced at the end of the month for services due to be provided the following month.
For holiday property services you will be invoiced at the end of the month for services provided within that month.
All invoices are due by the 3rd of the following month.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?
We do accept PayPal.
As of April 2022, a 3% transaction fee is applicable.
